Help shape and launch a brand-new HGSFP initiative: an annual poster workshop where PhD candidates present their research in a friendly, informal setting. This event is still in its early stages – so your ideas are not just welcome, they’re essential! Of course, the HGSFP office will help along the way to realize the event.
This is your chance to co-create a new format that combines academic exchange, presentation training, and community building. Whether you’re passionate about visual communication, want to create space for feedback and networking, or just enjoy organizing things – we’d love your input.
What you'll do:
• Co-develop the concept and structure of the workshop
• Help design the event format (timing, location, size, presentation style)
• Coordinate space, materials, and promotion
• Shape the first edition – and set the tone for future annual events
Want to create low-key chances to connect? Organize a regular Stammtisch, plan a hike, or host a bouldering night.
Ideas include (so far):
• Monthly get-togethers
• Board game evenings
• Boulder meetups
